Trident Sports Uniforms was founded with one clear goal - to bring the same high standards of design, quality, and service found in elite sportswear to grassroots and community teams.

I’m Jenny, the founder of Trident Sports Uniforms. Before launching this business, I spent more than 20 years designing sportswear for teams and organisations across Australia. From grassroots clubs to established teams, I’ve created complete uniform ranges that balance performance, identity, and pride - and learned just how important quality, fit, and thoughtful design are to the people who wear them.

I started Trident Sports Uniforms because I saw a gap. Community and social teams deserve the same level of care, service, and product quality as professional organisations and I wanted to create a business that delivered exactly that.

How we work

At Trident Sports Uniforms, everything starts with understanding your team.

We take the time to learn about your sport, colours, logos, quantities, timelines, and any specific requirements you have. From there, I create custom mock-ups tailored to your brief - whether you come to us with clear ideas or are open to design suggestions.

You’ll have the chance to review and refine the design until it feels right. Once approved, I handle quoting, coordinate with our production team, and oversee the process through to delivery.

From first conversation to final delivery, you’re dealing directly with the person designing your uniform.

A flexible, collaborative approach
Every club is different - and so is the way they like to work.

Some teams arrive with a strong vision and existing designs, while others want guidance and creative input. We’re happy to collaborate closely or take the lead and present design options for you to choose from.

Our role is to make the process easier, clearer, and less stressful for the people managing uniforms, especially time-poor volunteers.

Suncoast Spinners

The Challenge
The Suncoast Spinners required uniforms for an upcoming event, however final player numbers, sizes and design details could not be confirmed until very late in the lead-up. This created a tight production window and placed pressure on the club to ensure everything would still arrive in time for the event.

The Solution
Trident worked closely with the club to prepare everything in advance. Garment selections, production planning and design frameworks were organised early so that once the final numbers and design approvals were confirmed, we were ready to move immediately into production without delay.

The Result
With the groundwork already in place, we were able to commence production as soon as the final details were received, ensuring the uniforms were completed and delivered in time for the event.

Shire Pickelball

The Challenge
Shire Pickleball wanted to establish a consistent club identity, as members had previously been wearing their own clothing during games and events. With an upcoming tournament approaching, the club needed uniforms so players could represent the club professionally. They also wanted a simpler way to manage uniform orders without placing the workload on one committee member.

The Solution
Trident designed a clean, professional club uniform and prioritised production to ensure it was ready in time for the tournament. We also created a custom online ordering portal, allowing members to place their own orders directly.

The Result
The club competed at their tournament with a unified team appearance, while the online ordering portal removed the need for the uniform manager to manually collect and organise orders.

Outcome
A professional club identity, on-time delivery for their tournament, and a streamlined ordering system that reduced administrative workload for the committee.
