Our custom sublimation range is made using only premium, high-performance fabrics that are designed to look great and perform even better. Each fabric is carefully selected for its durability, comfort, and colour vibrancy. Ensuring your team’s colours and logos stay sharp, bright, and fade-resistant wash after wash. With lightweight and breathable materials, our garments are built to keep players cool and comfortable on and off the field, while maintaining a professional finish that stands the test of time.

  • 100% Polyester Micro Mesh

    Micro Mesh 160gsm is one of our most popular and versatile fabrics, known for its lightweight feel and breathable construction. The open weave design allows air to circulate easily, helping to keep players cool and comfortable during training or competition. Despite its light weight, Micro Mesh is durable and holds its shape well, making it ideal for high-use garments. It’s most commonly used for polos, tees, singlets, basketball uniforms, and training shorts, offering the perfect balance of comfort, performance, and long-lasting wear.

    Micro Mesh 140gsm offers the same breathability and comfort as our standard Micro Mesh (160gsm) but in a lighter weight, making it perfect for hotter conditions or when a cooler, more flexible feel is preferred. Its reduced weight also makes it an excellent choice for reversible basketball jerseys, helping to keep the overall garment light without compromising durability or comfort.

    Polyester Interlock 150gsm features a smooth, non-textured finish that feels soft against the skin and gives garments a clean, professional look. Its tight knit construction provides excellent dimensional stability, stretch recovery, and resistance to pilling, ensuring the garment maintains its shape and appearance over time. The fabric is highly durable, lightweight, and breathable, making it ideal for high-performance sportswear. It’s most commonly used for soccer uniforms or any garment where a sleek, non-textured appearance and long-lasting performance are preferred.

    Polyester Interlock 260gsm is a heavier, high-performance fabric designed for durability and resilience in contact sports. Its smooth, non-textured finish provides a professional look, while the dense knit construction delivers excellent shape retention, tear resistance, and long-lasting wear. This robust fabric is ideal for Aussie Rules and Rugby jerseys and shorts, where strength, stability, and performance under heavy use are essential.

    Polyester Interlock 320gsm with Brushed Inner is our heaviest interlock fabric, designed for warmth, durability, and a premium feel. The smooth outer surface allows vibrant sublimation printing, while the soft brushed inner provides exceptional comfort and insulation. Its dense knit construction ensures excellent shape retention, long-lasting wear, and resistance to pilling, making it perfect for sublimated hoodies.
