If you are not sure exactly what you need, that is fine - we can assist in helping you find the right products for your team. Once we know what you’re after, we’ll can discuss logos, colours, and any specific requirements.
Step 2: Design & Mock-Up Stage
Next, our in-house designer will create a storyboard mock-up featuring all your chosen garments, logos, names, and numbers. This gives you a real-life preview of how your full range will look - before you commit.
We’ll also send through a detailed quote at this stage, making it easy for you to share with your committee or decision-makers.
Once you’ve reviewed your mock-up, you can request any changes or tweaks you’d like. We’ll keep refining the design until it’s exactly right. When you’re 100% happy, we’ll send final artwork proofs showing logo placements and sizes for approval - so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Step 3: Production Begins
Once your artwork is approved and payment is received, we’ll move straight into production.
• Express Stock Range: You’ll receive a proof of your embroidery or print files via email before production begins.
• Custom Range: We’ll send you a strike-off - an actual printed sample on your chosen sublimated fabric - so you can confirm colours and logos before the full run starts.
