At Trident we make production merchandise simple. Send us your production name, year and any design ideas - even just a rough concept - and our designer will create a free mock-up for your approval before anything goes into production. Full-colour printing included in the price, no setup fees, and a minimum of just 10 units so even smaller productions can access great quality merchandise without committing to large volumes.

What's included in the price:
Our custom production tees include a large full-colour print up to A4 size on the front - unlimited colours, no setup fees and no artwork charges for standard logos and text-based designs. Simply send us your production name, year, school name and any design ideas and we'll take it from there.

Available in a wide range of colours and sizes from children's through to adults, so every cast member, crew and backstage helper can be included regardless of age or size.

Can we add cast member names to each garment?

Yes, individual names can be added to each garment, typically on the back or sleeve. This is a very popular option for hoodies and adds a personal touch that makes each one feel truly unique to the student. Let us know when you enquire and we'll include this in your mock-up and pricing.

What artwork do you need from us?

For best results we need your logo or artwork in a vector format such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a JPG or PNG we can work with that too - just let us know and we'll advise on the best approach. If you're starting from scratch with no artwork at all, our designer can create something for you based on your brief.

Can we mix sizes in one order?

Absolutely, your order can include any combination of children's and adult sizes. Just provide your size run when confirming and we'll produce accordingly.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order for production merchandise is 10 units per design. This makes it accessible even for smaller casts and year groups.

How long does it take?

From artwork approval to delivery is approximately 1–3 weeks. If you have a specific opening night or event date, let us know early and we'll confirm whether your timeline is achievable.

Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no setup fees on our production merchandise range. The price you see includes the garment and the full-colour print. The only additional cost is if you require individual names on each garment, which is priced per name — we'll include this in your quote.

Can we order more later if we run out?

Yes, reorders are straightforward. Your artwork is stored on file after your first order so replacement or additional items can be produced quickly and consistently.
