Do we need to have a logo or artwork ready before enquiring?
Not at all, many of our event clients come to us with just an idea. If you have existing artwork, great - send it through and we'll get started. If you don't have anything yet, tell us your event name, colours and what it's for and our designer will create something for you. Getting in touch early is all you need to do.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most of our event merchandise starts from just 10 units per design. This makes it accessible for small community events and large corporate functions alike - you only order what you need without committing to unnecessary volume.
How long does it take?
For our custom printed tees and hoodies the turnaround is approximately 1–3 weeks from artwork approval. For fully sublimated products such as polos and singlets, allow approximately 5–6 weeks. If you have a specific event date, let us know upfront and we'll confirm whether your timeline is achievable and advise on the best product option for your deadline.
Can we add individual names to each garment?
Yes, individual names can be added to tees, hoodies and singlets, typically printed on the back. Popular for sporting teams, corporate groups and school events where participants want something personalised. Let us know when you enquire and we'll include this in your mock-up and pricing.
Can we order a mix of sizes?
Absolutely, your order can include any combination of sizes from children's through to adults. Just provide your size breakdown when confirming your order and we'll produce accordingly.
What's the difference between a sublimated garment and a custom printed one?
A sublimated garment is designed entirely from scratch in your exact colours and produced specifically for your event - unlimited colour and design freedom, vibrant finish that won't fade or crack. A custom printed garment starts as a quality stock item in a colour of your choice and we add your artwork via SupaColour printing or embroidery - faster turnaround and a lower entry price point. Both produce a professional result and both are popular for events - we'll help you choose the right option based on your timeline and budget.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees on our event merchandise range. The price you see includes the garment and the decoration. The only additional cost is individual names if required, which is priced per name and included in your quote upfront.
Can we order more after the event if we run out?
Yes, your artwork is stored on file after your first order so reorders are quick and consistent. For events that run annually this is particularly useful your design carries over from year to year with just the date updated.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories including metro, regional and rural areas. Shipping is calculated based on your location and order size and included in your quote.
