SEMI-CUSTOM CUT & SEW SOFTSHELL JACKETS

Semi-Custom Cut and Sew Jacket - Panel Colour Selection

For schools wanting a jacket that's truly one of a kind - with individual panel colours selected from a fabric range of 15 colours - we also offer a semi-custom cut and sew jacket. Each panel of the jacket can be a different colour, giving you a completely colour-matched result that reflects your school's exact palette without the cost of full sublimation.

Cut and sew jackets are constructed to order with a minimum of 50 units and a turnaround of 8–10 weeks. Because every jacket involves its own unique combination of panel colours and construction, pricing is done on a quote basis.

How We Decorate Your Custom Jackets

For our custom stock and cut & sew jacket range we use two premium decoration methods. We'll recommend the right one based on your logo and the finish you're after - just mention it when you get in touch and we'll guide you through.

  • Embroidery

    Your logo stitched directly into the fabric using high-quality thread. Creates a premium, textured finish that holds its shape and colour through years of regular washing.

  • SupaColour Printing

    SupaColour printing is an excellent choice for logos and designs that feature fine details, gradients, or a wide range of colours. It delivers vibrant, high-resolution prints with outstanding clarity.

FAQs

Can we add individual student names to each jacket?

Yes, individual names can be added to all jackets via printing or embroidery. This is particularly popular for leavers jackets. Let us know when enquiring and we'll include it in your mock-up and pricing.

What colours are available for the stock jackets?

Our stock softshell range covers a wide range of colours including navy, black, charcoal, red, royal blue, bottle green, maroon and more. Send us your school colours and we'll confirm the closest available match from our current range.

What are the 15 colours available for the cut and sew option?

Our cut and sew fabric range includes 15 colours covering the most popular school palette combinations. Get in touch and we'll send you our current colour swatch so you can see exactly what's available before committing to an order.

How far in advance should we order?

For Option 1 allow at least 3–4 weeks from enquiry to delivery. For Option 2 allow 7–8 weeks. For Option 3 allow 12–14 weeks given the higher minimum and construction process. If you have a specific date in mind - like a Year 12 presentation night or a school camp - let us know upfront and we'll work backwards from your deadline.
